Madhavi at Avadhesh Dental Studio, as I had been facing a problem of bleeding while brushing, I also had a busy schedule with the practicing going on and hence my appointment for a general dental checkup kept delaying, When finally, I made time and took an appointment for my check up, dr. Madhavi informed me about the severe gum condition I had which could be due to improper brushing and also less consumption of water all day. This was an OT scene captured from the operation of a 32 year old male patient named Ashwin Parmar, he had a periapical cyst associated with one of his lower premolar and that was advised for a root canal treatment by a dentist closer to his village and which he ignored, and dint get the treatment done for, a year later he complained of a huge swelling that exhibited intermittent pain and discomfort, on radiographic examination we saw a cyst involving all lower posteriors, the cyst was huge and extensive, so we did it under general anesthesia, and successfully enucleated the cyst followed by extraction of 5 teeth.
